We are looking for a Head of Operations for the commercial department at an international technology company that creates products in the iGaming sphere. This role involves direct impact on team efficiency, operational processes, and business results.

Responsibilities: — Conduct audits of current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. — Build end-to-end processes within a matrix structure, define areas of responsibility, and implement RACI where necessary. — Set up a KPI and metrics system, conduct regular operational reviews, and manage efficiency through data. — Work with P&L: understand report generation, data collection task distribution, and the connection between financial indicators and operations. — Standardize reporting tools: BI dashboards, task trackers, and data sources. — Synchronize with the Commercial Director and COO, provide reports and recommendations.

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has 3-4 years of experience in operational management within a single domain. ✔️ Has experience in building processes from scratch and scaling them, especially in startups. ✔️ Has practical experience in FinTech, iGaming, e-commerce, or technology companies. ✔️ Is proficient in working with metrics and P&L and can justify decisions based on data. ✔️ Understands the principles of organizational design and has experience working in matrix structures. ✔️ Possesses strong management skills, can communicate clearly, make quick decisions, and negotiate with different teams. ✔️ Has English language proficiency of B2 level or higher.
