Head of Project (Head of iGaming product in a large holding)

📍 Cyprus, Limassol (company pays for relocation with family and pet) 🏢 Format: Office

Looking for someone who knows not just how to "manage projects," but how to truly run a product as a business.

You will have:

• A full-fledged iGaming product with live users
• Your own team (from 20 to 150+ people)
• Influence on P&L, growth, and strategy
• The opportunity to launch new markets and scale existing ones

What is important (all points!!!):

• 5+ years in iGaming
• Experience in product/operations management
• Experience managing teams of 20+ people
• Understanding of metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic
• Experience working with marketing, product, support, affiliate — in C-level positions
