🚀 Head of Project (iGaming) - Limassol, Cyprus

An international iGaming holding is looking for an operational manager for one of its projects.

Each project is a separate iGaming product: a fully-fledged company with live users, a team, a funnel, and P&L. Formally, the position is called Project Manager, but in essence, it's a CEO/COO level role for the product.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 💻 Format: Office-only, flexible start of the day (12:00–13:00)

🎯 Responsibilities: ▪️ Full operational management of the product ▪️ Control of key metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic ▪️ Coordination of cross-functional teams: marketing, product, support, affiliate, finance, development ▪️ Launching new markets and scaling the product ▪️ Budgeting and financial forecasting ▪️ Working with management and investors, participating in strategic decisions ▪️ Optimizing processes and improving team efficiency (20–150+ people)

🔍 What's important to us: ▫️ 5+ years of experience in iGaming (mandatory) ▫️ Experience managing teams of 20+ people ▫️ Experience in operational product management, not just a single function ▫️ Deep understanding of product and financial metrics ▫️ Experience working with marketing, product, support, affiliates ▫️ Skills in building and optimizing processes ▫️ Readiness to work at a high pace and in a mode of "living the product"
