Marketing Project / Operations Manager (iGaming)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interaction between internal marketing teams;
• Build and maintain transparent communication processes between key stakeholders;
• Work with marketing reporting, data, and operational analytics;
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency;
• Participate in scaling marketing operations and developing internal processes.

What is important to us:

• Experience in iGaming in roles such as Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or similar;
• Experience with key marketing and performance metrics (CPA, ROI, CR, LTV, etc.);
• Proven experience in optimizing processes within traffic-related teams with a measurable impact on business results;
• Willingness to relocate at the company's expense
