Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) | iGaming (B2C)
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with experience in B2C iGaming (Online Casino)
Develop and implement marketing strategy. Manage Performance, Affiliate, CRM, and Brand Marketing. Scale player acquisition and marketing channels. Manage budgets and analyze efficiency (LTV, CAC, ROI, ROMI). Lead the marketing team and establish processes. Test new channels and hypotheses for business growth.
What we expect:
3+ years of experience as CMO / Head of Marketing in B2C iGaming. Experience working on the operator's side. Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and User Acquisition. Experience managing teams and large marketing budgets. Data-driven approach and deep understanding of marketing analytics. Experience working with the Russian Federation and CIS markets.
