✨ Vacancy: Marketing Manager — iGaming

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for an international crypto iGaming / Betting project. We need someone who can turn an audience of influencers, bloggers, streamers, and media into quality acquisition and revenue. You will work directly with the CMO and be responsible for Influencer, Media, and Digital Marketing — from partner search and campaign launch to analytics and optimization.

What needs to be done: • Plan and launch campaigns with influencers, bloggers, streamers, content creators, and media partners. • Search for and develop partnerships with relevant creators and media in different GEOs. • Analyze campaign effectiveness, traffic quality, user behavior, and funnel performance. • Optimize user journey for growth in conversion, retention, LTV, and revenue. • Develop and test marketing hypotheses, creatives, offers, and funnel improvements. • Track key metrics: CPA, CR, FTD, Deposits, Retention, LTV, ROI, GGR, and NGR. • Work with Product, Analytics, and Design to improve acquisition and conversion. • Participate in strategy, budget, and marketing priority formation together with the CMO. • Prepare performance insights and data-based recommendations. • Monitor the market, competitors, and new opportunities for audience attraction.

What is important: ✔ 2+ years of experience in Influencer, Performance, Growth, Media, or Digital Marketing. ✔ Practical experience with media buying. ✔ Good understanding of traffic funnel construction. ✔ Strong analytical skills. ✔ Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization. ✔ Data-driven and commercial mindset. ✔ Ability to manage campaigns independently and be responsible for the results.

Will be a plus: • English — B2 or higher. • Experience in iGaming / Betting or crypto will be a big plus.
