Marketing Specialist

Our client is an international product IT company developing high-load solutions in the iGaming sphere, is looking for a Marketing Specialist.

** Responsibilities: ** • Develop and launch email sequences: onboarding, activation, retention, promo, trigger emails, and notifications • Set up automations and A/B tests, segment, validate, and clean databases • Launch and manage targeted advertising on social networks • Search for and test new advertising sources, analyze their effectiveness • Write texts considering the locale and Tone of Voice of the product • Assign tasks to translators and designers • Analyze marketing campaign results and suggest improvements • Analyze marketing metrics in Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics • Participate in the refinement of the internal mailing service and provide feedback to the product team

Requirements: • Marketing experience of 2 years or more • Experience with email marketing and launching email campaigns • Experience with social media ad accounts: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads • Knowledge of UTM tagging principles and basic tracking • Understanding of core advertising and marketing metrics: CTR, CPA, ROMI, LTV, CAC • English language — B1–B2, sufficient for working with user communications and adapting texts to the required locale and Tone of Voice • Ability to handle multiple tasks and independently prioritize

Conditions: • 5/2 work schedule with flexible start time (from 08:00 to 10:00) • Remote work format • 21 working days of paid vacation • 4 additional days off per year
