Product: launch in May-June 2026. Own brand and management. Reporting to: CMo
🎯 Responsibilities: – Refinement and detailing of the marketing strategy: market analysis, channel analysis, search for non-standard approaches, calculations and roadmap creation – Full operational management of the brand marketing under the guidance of the CMO – Coordination of internal teams (SEO, Performance, PR, SMM, Design) and external partners – Launch and management of marketing campaigns, management of key partnerships – Development of creatives, communication materials, and brand development – Interaction with product and related departments, forming proposals for product development – Close work with the affiliate direction to build an effective acquisition funnel – Building and optimizing marketing processes at the strategy launch stage – Analytics, market data collection, preparation of reports and recommendations for C-level
✅ Requirements: – Experience in iGaming / betting / affiliate marketing from 3+ years – Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy – Strong expertise in performance and alternative (offshore / non-traditional) traffic acquisition channels – Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects – Understanding of product analytics and metrics (LTV, Retention, ROI, Conversion) – Skills in working with partner programs and affiliate networks – Strong competencies in implementing and finding non-standard and non-obvious solutions for acquiring sports traffic. – Sincere interest in sports and a high level of expertise in sports topics. – Ability to build processes from scratch and work in conditions of uncertainty – Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions – English language — not lower than Upper-Intermediate
