Vacancy: Project Manager (Monetisation Team)

We are looking for a strong Project Manager for the Monetisation Team, who can dive deep into processes, maintain data quality control, and effectively coordinate interaction between technical and business teams.

This is not a classic "coordinator" role. We need someone who understands the technical side of processes, can work with large volumes of data, independently analyzes problems, and actively drives tasks to completion.

Responsibilities:

• control data quality and relevance in databases, internal services, and accounting systems • check compliance with internal processes and correctness of operational parameter entries • analyze and identify erroneous cases, participate in incident resolution • prepare technical specifications, describe business logic of processes, and create flowcharts • maintain and update documentation, data mapping, and working files • coordinate interaction between development, analytics, and business teams • control task deadlines and track delivery processes • participate in process optimization and data quality improvement • dive into large volumes of information, study internal instructions, and help teams understand processes • if necessary, participate in employee training and support of internal processes

Our expectations:

• experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Business Analyst in IT, fintech, or PSP • understanding of database operations, data structures, and inter-system relationships • confident knowledge of SQL and Excel • experience with YouTrack and Confluence • ability to structure information and create clear technical specifications • experience working with a large number of tasks and processes simultaneously • systemic thinking and a high level of responsibility • ability to quickly learn new processes and find solutions independently • proactivity and ability to "push" tasks and teams towards results it is important not just the process, but the candidate's personal contribution to process improvement and optimization
