We are looking for a Project Manager to join an international product IT company that develops high-load products in the iGaming sphere.
🛠Responsibilities:
- Manage two development streams, directly participate in team affairs.
- Conduct Scrum-of-Scrums: synchronize leads, dependencies, identify blockers.
- Help team leads track deadlines and resources.
- Synchronize team plans with the company's central roadmap.
- Ensure teams have all necessary artifacts on time (technical specifications, design, analytics, mockups, etc.).
- Participate in the development and formalization of project management processes — building a pipeline "from idea to release," implementing metrics, working on release predictability.
🦾Requirements:
- IT PM experience of 3+ years.
- Must have experience managing multiple (2-3+) teams or projects simultaneously.
- High level of self-organization and ability to navigate complex situations.
- Communication skills: you can negotiate, persuade, and maintain neutrality in emotional situations.
- Possess systemic thinking, organization, and proactivity.
- Empathy and ability to work with people.
