They are seeking a strong C-level operational leader who can build a delivery and operational model for product development in conditions of high uncertainty, multiple integrations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities: — build the organizational structure and areas of responsibility for teams; — establish an end-to-end delivery process: from task assignment to release; — implement OKRs/KPIs, RACI, quality gates, and performance rituals; — manage budgets, resources, contractors, and operational risks; — synchronize with CEO, Finance, and Legal on strategy, scaling, and priorities; — standardize processes, automate operations, and accelerate time-to-release.

Requirements: ✔️ 8+ years of experience in operations / tech / digital business; ✔️ experience managing cross-functional teams; ✔️ understanding of delivery, compliance, budget management, and risk management; ✔️ strong leadership and ability to balance business and development.
