Description: We are launching an in-house iGaming platform for Tier-1. We are looking for a leader to build operations from scratch.

Tasks: — Management of P&L, unit economics, and GGR/NGR; — Hiring C-level and building the organizational structure; — Launching CRM, Support, PSP, KYC, and marketing; — Vendor management.

Requirements: — COO/CEO experience in iGaming (full cycle); — Experience launching a product from 0 to payback; — Expertise in performance marketing.

Conditions: — Relocation to Bratislava, fixed salary + bonuses; — Full budget authority.
