📍for a telecommunications company in Saint Petersburg
What you will do — Strategy: forming short-term and medium-term strategies within the company's development framework. — Manage P&L: full management of financial performance and operational activities. — Development: bringing new technological solutions to market. — Team: managing cross-functional teams, including supporting and scaling in a growth environment. — Negotiations: conducting negotiations at the C-level and with the public sector.
Requirements — Over 5 years of experience as CEO, COO, or Commercial Director in the telecom sector with B2G interaction experience. — Successful track record: managing P&L and company development. — Deep understanding of telecom market trends, infrastructure projects, etc. — Strong leadership qualities: experience in scaling teams in a growth environment. — Location: Saint Petersburg (or possible business trips from Moscow).
