A mobile operator t2 (ex. Tele2) is looking for a Director of the North-West Macro-region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial and economic activities of the macro-region
- Lead the activities of regional business units: define tasks for the management level of regional companies and be responsible for their execution
- Organize the work and effective interaction of all regional structural divisions, direct their activities towards business development, increasing its efficiency, growing sales volumes, and increasing profits
- Represent the company's interests in relationships with external parties in the macro-region
- Support the corporate culture and company values in the organizations of the macro-region
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts governing the production, economic, and financial-economic activities of the enterprise
- Practical experience with modern enterprise management methods
- Understanding of strategic business tasks, forward-looking vision
- Leadership qualities, ability to motivate, inspire, and lead
- Experience managing a team of at least 30 people
