We are looking for a head of a business unit in the field of telecommunication construction. Work experience — from 6 years.

Key Responsibilities: • Organization of base station construction and order acquisition in cities and districts of the region. • Conducting commercial negotiations and developing relationships with telecom operators. • Interaction with construction and network optimization departments of operators. • Coordination with government agencies, developers, and property owners, contract signing. • Regional market development, signing framework agreements and memorandums with operators. • Development and management of resources for contracting organizations for construction and maintenance. • Overall construction management, quality and safety control, equipment and tower installation. • Organization of acceptance of completed facilities and their handover to telecom operators. • Resolution of serious issues during construction: disputes, damages, civil and legal matters. • Coordination of data transmission, power supply connections, and equipment commissioning. • Management of subsequent station maintenance, settlements and payments, maintaining relationships with property owners. • Team management: budget, task allocation, planning, mentoring, employee supervision and evaluation.

We are looking for you if: • Education in telecommunications, not lower than secondary vocational. • Developed communication skills and experience in business negotiations. • Honesty, integrity, readiness for challenging tasks. • Sergeant-level military service experience or officer experience will be an advantage. • Work experience in Kcell, Beeline, Tele2/Altel, or Kazakhtelecom is a plus. • Experience in telecommunication construction or base station construction is a plus.
