Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the development of the assigned territory – interregional branch;
- Management of economic indicators, increasing efficiency;
- Organization of the connection and technical maintenance process;
- Organization of the customer service process and customer churn management;
- Formation of a stable, professional, and effective team. Effective labor organization.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the specifics of the telecom industry, understanding of the business processes of technical and customer service;
- Knowledge of project and process management;
- Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of Telecom;
- Strategic, analytical, and service-oriented thinking;
- Experience in conducting negotiations at the CEO level;
- Readiness to implement and initiate projects and changes.
