The company supplies electronic components, IT equipment, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the Company's development strategy and financial model
- Budgeting, control of income and expenses, cost optimization, improvement of business profitability
- Formation and execution of sales plans, increasing market share, seeking new clients, developing relationships with existing partners
- Search for reliable suppliers, negotiation of supply terms, contract execution control
- Effective operational management of the Company, ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of the organizational structure and KPIs
- Team Development
- Control of compliance with legislation and risk minimization
Requirements:
- Experience in C-level positions with sales functions in the field of electronic components
- Higher education (state university, preferably technical or economic)
- Successful experience in scaling business, increasing profits, and entering new markets
- A leader capable of leading and inspiring a team
- Strategic thinking, performance-oriented, adaptive and flexible, strong communication skills
