A company in the IT distribution and technology solutions sales sector is looking for a General Director.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the company's development strategy. • Be responsible for financial results: revenue, net profit, EBITDA, markup, and expenses. • Form a management team and build business processes. • Negotiate with partners and vendors, assess entry into new markets, report to owners.

We are looking for you if: • You have 5+ years in the position of CEO, Deputy CEO, COO, Commercial Director, or Sales Director. • You have experience in IT distribution. • You have strong strategic and operational management skills. • You understand pricing, budgeting, and profitability management.
