Kazakhstan's major successful IT integrator is looking for a CEO. The role is new – previously, the owner performed the CEO role.**

Expected result: within 12-24 months, elevate the company to a new level of management maturity, reduce dependence on individual clients and market segments, create a transparent business management system, and ensure sustainable growth of the commercial direction.

What's the main interest of the position? If you have been a successful COO in IT, Telecom, large Fintech, or Enterprise (we are strictly looking only from these industries!) with 500+ employees and an annual turnover of at least $50 million, then this is an opportunity for you to become a CEO for the first time.

What's the challenge of the position? The shareholder will gradually transfer strategic functions. First, you will gain their trust by developing operations (the business is very successful but poorly structured, so operational processes need serious building), and then strategic responsibilities will be transferred.

Important: the position requires full relocation to Kazakhstan (relocation is provided if necessary). We are considering candidates with relevant experience (all requirements: industries, business volume, your current role must be strictly met) from Kazakhstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan. Monthly income - $15-20 thousand plus KPI
