🔷Key Task A leader is needed to build the #1 team. The goal is not just to manage, but to rebuild the business and take it to the top.

Main Responsibilities Develop a company development strategy. Rebuild and organize effective office operations. Build an effective sales system. Build a strong department for business process automation. Become #1: in expertise, client service, scale, and results.

🔷Mandatory Requirements: Experience in IT, B2B, retail automation, logistics, production as a Company/Branch Head or Commercial Director for at least 3 years. Experience in systemic changes: reviewing strategy, information system portfolio, and transforming how the business earns money. Entrepreneurial experience and understanding of how business works. Experience managing one's own business for 3+ years is a plus. Experience in building and implementing an effective system for managing sales and client support focused on growth and quality. Experience managing a team of 20+ people.

🔷Working Conditions Work location: Remote from Russia or office in Moscow, Vorontsovskaya St. (metro Proletarskaya, Krestyanskaya Zastava) Work schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00 Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
