What you will do:
- Develop a strategy for the development of convergent products and services in the Moscow region.
- Implement the most effective sales technologies, ensure market presence and maximum availability of the Company's products and services in the convergent products and services segment.
- Develop a system of key performance indicators for sales of convergent products and services of the Company in the mass market of the region.
- Manage the development of additional services based on television, internet, multimedia and gaming services, convergence, that meet market needs and current consumption models in the short and long term.
What is important:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position in the development of convergent business.
- People management and subordinate development skills, team building and management at different levels of the hierarchy.
- Knowledge of the communications and telecommunications industry. Understanding of the business environment and market trends.
- Experience in building and developing effective partnerships at all levels.
- Strategic thinking. Leadership qualities. Responsibility and commitment to achieving results, initiative. High customer orientation.
