CEO at IT company Goulash.Tech
Goulash.tech is an IT Foodtech company, a resident of Skolkovo. The product is a SaaS solution for the restaurant delivery business, whose DNA is to help restaurants grow: automate operational processes, increase revenue, and manage the business based on data.
The company has been operating for over 4 years, and the product even longer: it has evolved from an internal system of one restaurant into an IT solution for hundreds of establishments across Russia. Now the company is scaling from a startup to a mature business, transitioning to systematic management, and is looking for a leader who will confidently lead the team towards ambitious goals.
Key Tasks:
- Strategy. Updating the strategy with the participation of owners, forming long-term and short-term goal setting
- Product and IT. Creating a balance between maintaining the current functionality and customer satisfaction in the portfolio, and developing new products that enhance the system's USP and open access to new segments and sales markets
- Operations. Building operational processes to form a system that delivers predictable results across all functional areas of the company
- Finance. Managing P&L, unit economics, cash flow
- Team. Strengthening the existing team, increasing its efficiency and predictability of business results through team development
They expect you to:
- Have experience in successfully managing a mature IT company or a large unit/product within an IT company for at least 4 years
- Have personally gone through the scaling stage with a company: revenue growth of 2+ times per year, transition from chaotic growth to systematic management
- See the business systemically and be able to translate strategy into metrics and processes, bringing the business to a measurable and predictable result
- Make decisions based on numbers, not intuition
- Not get lost in uncertainty and take responsibility for the result
- Inspire the team, even when tough decisions have to be made
