IT company Lofty is looking for a CEO.
The company is at a stage where quick decision-making, taking responsibility, and driving business results are more important than reports. They are seeking a CEO who will become a key figure in managing the company, taking on strategic and operational business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic business management
- Development of business strategy and company vision for the next 12 months
- Development and monitoring of roadmap execution tied to financial and product goals
- Product management
- Full cycle of managing various product types: from hypothesis to scaling, including launching new directions from scratch
- Forming product vision based on market analysis, user data, and business priorities
- Financial management and analytics
- Business economics management: P&L, margin, unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROI control
- Assessing the economic impact of product and business initiatives
- Prioritizing resources for product development, marketing, and engineering
- Business results and operational management
- Responsibility for key performance indicators (revenue, profit, market share, NPS/CSI)
- Ensuring balance between strategic initiatives and operational activities
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience as CEO/General Manager or Head of Product in e-commerce, or entrepreneurial experience: involvement in business creation/project launch with a limited budget, making risky decisions
- Launching and scaling a business/product from scratch is a key criterion
- Experience in P&L management and margin control
- Commercial, not just product-focused, thinking: understanding economics, pricing, procurement, and marketing
- Ability to balance strategy and operational tasks under limited resources
- Understanding of development processes at a level sufficient to manage technical specialists
- Critical thinking, systematic approach, results orientation
