Determine what to build and why. Formulate the product strategy and roadmap for everything we do: services (like MDR, threat monitoring) and the platform supporting them.
Set priorities. Decide where to invest effort and budget: in new customer features, platform improvements, or operational efficiency. Link this to business goals (revenue growth, customer retention).
Launch and improve. Lead products through the entire lifecycle — from hypothesis and design to launch, integrations, and support. Ensure that services and the platform reinforce each other.
Manage the team of product managers. Develop them, set goals, and help them collaborate with development, SOC, network security, sales, marketing teams, etc.
Explain and demonstrate. Communicate the strategy to the team, management, and key clients. Be the main advocate and evangelist for our products.
We expect you to:
Be an experienced product professional in B2B. At least 5 years in product, with a minimum of 3 in a leadership role (Head of Product, CPO).
Have experience with a portfolio of multiple products or services. Understand the cybersecurity, MSS, or SaaS market from the inside.
Be analytical. Make decisions based on metrics and data. Understand unit economics, product P&L, and how your decisions impact revenue and costs.
Be technically savvy. Can speak the same language as engineers and SOC specialists. Understand how modern platforms and services are built, and can establish relationships and improve processes with both operations/solution teams and developers.
Be a leader, not just a manager. Know how to inspire the team, defend your position, negotiate with colleagues, and make tough decisions.
