What you will be doing:

• Defining what to build and why. Forming a product strategy and roadmap for everything we do: services (like MDR, threat monitoring) and the platform for them.
• Setting priorities. Deciding where to invest effort and budget: in new features for clients, in platform improvements, or in operational efficiency. Linking this to business goals (revenue growth, client retention).
• Launching and improving. Managing products through the entire cycle — from hypothesis and design to launch, integrations, and support. Ensuring services and platform reinforce each other.
• Leading a team of product managers. Growing them, setting goals, helping them work with development, SOC, network security, sales, marketing teams, etc..
• Explaining and demonstrating. Communicating the strategy to the team, management, and key clients. Being the main advocate and evangelist for our products.

We expect you to have:

• Experienced B2B product professional. 5+ years in product, with at least 3 in a leadership role (Head of Product, CPO).
• Worked with a portfolio of several products or services. Understand the cybersecurity, MSS, or SaaS market from the inside.
• Ability to calculate. Make decisions based on metrics and data. Understand unit economics, product P&L, how your decisions affect revenue and costs.
• Technically savvy. Able to speak the same language as engineers and SOC specialists. Understand how modern platforms and services are built, be able to build relationships and improve the interaction process with both solution operations and developers.
• A leader, not just a manager. Able to inspire the team, defend your position, negotiate with colleagues, and make tough decisions.
