Required Experience

• 3+ years in the role of CEO / COO / President / General Director;
• Business management with revenue of ₽2 billion+ or experience as a senior executive in a company with revenue of ₽30 billion+;
• Management of teams of 100+ employees through first-level managers;
• Proven experience in scaling a business 3–5 times;
• Management of multiple directions simultaneously;
• Building a corporate management system, KPIs, budgeting, and operational control.

Will be a significant advantage

• Experience in developing SaaS, digital platforms, or B2B products;
• Experience in digital transformation;
• Launching new products or business directions from scratch.

Areas of Responsibility

• Managing Executive Directors of industry verticals.
• Refining the strategy in collaboration with the Founder.
• Building a unified operational model for the platform.
• Setting and ensuring the achievement of goals for each direction.
• Launching new industry verticals.
• Building a unified system of KPIs, reporting, and operational control.
• Scaling the company after successful pilot implementations.

Conditions

• Part-time during the launch phase (first 1.5–2 months) with remuneration + company options.
• Transition to full-time after achieving the first stage goals + fixed salary.
• Compensation and area of responsibility review after 4 months based on performance results.
