Looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Head of Operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS / Fintech company.

This is a role for someone who is interested not in maintaining the existing system, but in building the next version of the business for scaling.

The company is growing rapidly, and now needs a leader who can turn growth into a manageable operating system. The team currently has 30 people.

Who we are looking for:

• An experienced operational leader from B2B SaaS, Fintech
• Someone who has recently gone through the stage of scaling companies from 50 to 200 employees
• A leader who can manage through managers, not through hands-on control
• A practitioner who builds processes based on KPIs, metrics, and business results
• Someone capable of making tough decisions, strengthening teams, and driving changes to implementation

Area of responsibility at the start — Customer Success, Support, Development. In the future — involving marketing and sales.

Conditions:

• fixed salary from 300,000 ₽, total income 400–600,000 ₽ (fixed + KPI)
• remote or hybrid in Moscow
• direct work with the company founders
• opportunity to grow to CEO within a 12–18 month horizon.
