We currently need a strategic leader who will turn marketing into a predictable and scalable growth system that directly impacts revenue. Someone who will build processes, a team, and analytics, determine strategic channels and clear positioning. This is a person who makes decisions about what to do and why, and implements them together with the team.
Goals we want to achieve:
- Create a predictable marketing system with a deviation of key metrics no more than ±20% month-to-month
- Double the flow of quality leads through a well-structured channel strategy
- Identify and scale 2-3 most effective channels with predictable ROI
- Launch a testing system: test 3-5 new hypotheses/channels in six months, with a decision made on scaling or closing each one
- Maintain clear positioning used by everyone—from the content team to the BDM team
- Full transparency of the funnel and metrics from top-of-funnel to revenue
You are the perfect candidate for us if
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or services at the level of building a marketing system (including launching new channels and products)
- You have experience building a marketing system "from scratch" or radically restructuring an existing one
- You deeply understand end-to-end analytics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and know how to set it up using modern tools (Yandex.Metrica, CRM, end-to-end analytics systems)
- You have experience in strategic planning and marketing budget management
- You know how to work with ideas and raw data, segment the audience, see new segments, and turn everything into working stories for clients
- You know how to work as a manager: building processes, managing a team, setting the pace
- You are comfortable working as a "player-coach" when it's necessary to launch a new channel or experiment
- You quickly test hypotheses, know how to draw conclusions and adjust strategy
- You communicate honestly, know how to teach, and take responsibility for results
- We especially value structured thinking, proactivity, and independence
What you will be doing:
Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and update the company's marketing strategy based on data and business goals
- Formulate and communicate a clear product story: who we are, what problem we solve, why it matters
- Update the understanding of the target audience, search for new segments, set priorities
Building Systems and Processes:
- Design and implement key marketing processes: planning, hypothesis testing, conducting events
- Build end-to-end analytics and a metrics system (CAC, LTV, CPL, funnel conversions) that is clear to the entire team
Team Management and Cross-functional Leadership:
- Lead the marketing team (development, goal setting)
- Work in tandem with the CEO as a strategic partner
- Build effective interaction processes with Product, BDM, and Customer Success departments
