B2B SaaS platform creating a new standard for corporate reputation, which helps reduce risks when working with counterparties by turning the fulfillment of contractual obligations into public business reputation, is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

The goal is to create a federal standard for assessing the business reputation of companies, based not on reviews and TIN, but on confirmed fulfillment of contractual obligations. The main focus areas are currently: Construction, Logistics, and Manufacturing. The team is now looking for a President (COO) who will unite these areas into a single platform system and be responsible for the company's operational development.

Mandatory Experience:

• 3+ years in the role of CEO / COO / President / General Director.
• Business management with a turnover of 2 billion ₽ or more, or work as part of the management of a company with a turnover of 30 billion ₽ or more.
• Management of teams of 100+ employees through first-level managers.
• Proven experience in scaling a business 3–5 times.
• Management of multiple areas simultaneously.
• Building a corporate management system, KPIs, budgeting, and operational control.

Will be a significant advantage:

• Experience in developing SaaS, digital platforms, or B2B products.
• Experience in digital transformation.
• Launching new products or business areas from scratch.

Area of Responsibility:

• Management of executive directors of industry sectors.
• Refinement of strategy jointly with the Founder.
• Building a unified operational model for the platform.
• Setting and ensuring the achievement of goals for each area.
• Launching new industry verticals.
• Building a unified system of KPIs, reporting, and operational control.
• Scaling the company after successful pilot implementations.

Conditions:

• Part-time during the launch phase (first 1.5–2 months) with remuneration + stock options in the company.
• Transition to full-time after achieving the first stage goals + fixed salary.
• Compensation and area of responsibility review after 4 months based on performance.
