A promising startup producing football equipment is undergoing active transformation and is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive operational functions.

Key tasks:

• Full diagnostics and rebuilding of the financial structure (P&L, Cash Flow, BS).
• Setting up a system to manage unit economics and profitability in real-time.
• Optimization of working capital, management of accounts receivable, and efficient resource allocation

We expect:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a CFO (preferably with extended operational functions) or COO with a strong financial background.
• Experience in the following industries: apparel (Fashion), sporting goods, FMCG, or contract manufacturing.
• Case studies in business process optimization and team management during periods of rapid change.
