A CEO is required for the AlfiGroup multi-industry holding.
AlfiGroup is a multi-industry holding that unites a network of leading enterprises in the construction industry of Russia. Over 19 years in the market, 20 production enterprises and over 8,500 professionals in the team.
Scale of management: construction materials division (10 production sites).
Responsibilities:
Seeking a leader with fundamental expertise in industrial management, capable of synchronizing the work of a complex production chain with an aggressive sales strategy.
Your main goal is to maximize the utilization of existing assets, ensuring 100% capacity utilization considering planned cost price and increasing sales volume while maintaining target margins.
Your Key Tasks:
- 360 Sales Management: effective work with all sales channels (B2B, distribution, networks, direct export). Building a system where production works according to market demand, and sales work according to factory capabilities.
- Economics: deep control of cost price at each stage. Flexible management of pricing policy depending on market conditions to achieve maximum net profit.
- Production Leverage: ensuring full and uninterrupted utilization of 10 factories. Optimization of planning cycles to eliminate downtime and overstocking.
- Operational Efficiency: implementation of cost control systems, lean manufacturing, and reporting automation across the entire network of sites in the production and sales direction.
Candidate Expectations:
- Management Scale Experience: you have already managed a cluster of factories or a large holding with a distributed structure of 2,000+ people.
- Hard Skills in Finance and Production: you are proficient in Unit Economics, P&L, understand technological processes, and know how to reduce variable costs without losing quality.
- Strategic Thinking: ability to see the business as a whole - from raw material procurement to the final customer transaction.
- Leadership: ability to form strong teams on the ground and demand results through KPIs and transparent reporting.
- Flexibility: you don't think in templates; what worked in company A is not necessarily guaranteed to work in company B. You can quickly adjust strategy to market conditions.
Conditions:
- Income level: base salary + KPI, discussed with the successful candidate.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
