Looking for a CEO / Managing Director of the industrial division in one of Russia's largest industrial holdings.
Location: Togliatti (relocation package for the candidate and family).
Responsibilities: • strategic management of the industrial division, uniting several production and service enterprises; • management of the CEOs of the division's companies; • full responsibility for P&L, EBITDA, profitability, and business development; • scaling, increasing operational efficiency, launching investment projects; • interaction with the largest corporate customers and participation in the formation of business strategy.
Requirements: ✔ experience as General Director / CEO / Executive Director / Division Director; ✔ management of several production sites or independent business units; ✔ proven experience in profit growth, business transformation, and P&L management; ✔ experience in heavy industry: oil and gas, oilfield services, petrochemicals, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy, mining, and other capital-intensive industries.
