One of Russia's largest industrial holdings is looking for a CEO of the industrial division.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the industrial division, uniting several manufacturing and service enterprises;
- Management of the CEOs of the division's companies;
- Full responsibility for P&L, EBITDA, profitability, and business development;
- Scaling, improving operational efficiency, launching investment projects;
- Interaction with major corporate customers and participation in the formation of business strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience as General Director / CEO / Executive Director / Division Director;
- Management of several production sites or independent business units;
- Proven experience in profit growth, business transformation, and P&L management;
- Experience in heavy industry: oil and gas, oilfield services, petrochemicals, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy, mining, and other capital-intensive industries.
