Responsibilities:
- Updating the business development strategy (SWOT analysis, strategic goals and objectives, product and commercial strategies, financial model, etc.).
- Management of all aspects of the company's activities, including production, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Identification of target markets and segments for the implementation of new products and services.
- Increasing business profitability, implementation of measures aimed at product promotion.
- Formation, coordination, administration of the project budget.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Effective establishment of cross-functional interaction with the Holding's structures.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in the electronic equipment or IT manufacturing sector.
- Deep understanding of the modern market for electronic equipment, servers, client devices – key players, market size, promising directions, trends, sales channels.
- Successful experience working with large clients in B2B/B2G; experience in a system integrator/vendor is an advantage.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team and make informed decisions.
