Industrial company is looking for a General Director.
Responsibilities:
- Operational and strategic management of the company, ensuring sustainable business growth and increased efficiency
- Management of complex industrial production: process optimization, productivity improvement, cost control, and product quality control
- Development of the commercial department, including complex project-based B2B sales, work with key customers and partners
- Business economics management: P&L, budgeting, profitability, operational efficiency
- Development of interaction with Chinese suppliers, management of procurement, logistics, and international supply chains
Requirements:
- Must have experience as General / Executive Director in a similar industrial company, preferably in the ventilation equipment, HVAC, or engineering systems segment
- Proven experience in managing complex production and project-based B2B sales with long deal cycles
- Experience in managing a business of comparable scale, responsibility for financial results
- Practical experience in interacting with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers
