This is a new position on the staff due to expansion.

Professional Experience and Competencies:
- Ensuring operational management and achieving target production and economic indicators in the pig farming division
- Successful experience managing a large full-cycle agro-industrial asset or a separate division
- Deep understanding of all technological processes in industrial pig farming: genetics, feeding, veterinary, reproduction, rearing, and fattening. Proven experience in increasing productivity (feed conversion, livestock survival) and scaling the business
- Experience in managing division P&L. Skills in budgeting, cost control, and profitability management. Ability to make decisions based on data and economic feasibility
- Practical experience in implementing projects to improve operational efficiency. Participation in the implementation
- of Production System and digital transformation. Understanding of operating principles in a culture of rules and success
- Systemic thinking, ability to build an effective management vertical from farm manager to division director. Ability to build a strong team, develop middle managers, and delegate authority
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably specialized – zootechnics, veterinary medicine, agronomy; additional business education (MBA, Executive MBA) will be an advantage)
- At least 7 years of experience in management positions in large agricultural holdings, including at least 3 years as a division director
- Proven successful experience in implementing projects for production optimization and cost reduction
- Strategic vision and readiness to think on the scale of the company's entire livestock cluster
