Miratorg Agro-Industrial Holding is looking for an Executive Director.
Position Objective:
Effective operational management of the crop production division of one of the holding’s units to achieve maximum yield and profitability while maintaining soil fertility and careful equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
- Development and control of production plans (crop rotation, sown area structure).
- Formation and defense of the unit’s annual budget (CAPEX/OPEX), P&L execution control.
- Development of crop cultivation technology cards (wheat, sunflower, corn, soy, rapeseed, etc.) in conjunction with the chief agronomist.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of all field work (soil preparation, sowing, plant protection, fertilization, harvesting).
- Ensuring agricultural machinery readiness for field work, control of maintenance and repair schedules.
- Regular reporting to the management company/owner.
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field (Agronomy).
- At least 5 years of experience in management positions in crop production (Production Director, Executive Director, Chief Agronomist of a large holding).
- Deep knowledge of modern crop cultivation technologies (No-till, Strip-till, conventional).
- Experience working with a modern fleet of imported and domestic machinery (John Deere, Case, Claas, Rostselmash).
- Budget planning and financial analysis skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, systemic thinking, stress resistance, readiness for irregular working hours during the season, focus on financial results.
