Miratorg** Agro-Industrial Holding is seeking a Deputy Development Director.
Responsibilities:
Full project cycle management:
- Managing projects for the creation of new and modernization of existing production facilities (turnkey launch)
- Development and control of project schedules and budgets
- Coordination of all stages: design, procurement, construction and installation works (CIW), commissioning, start-up
- Organizing the work of the project office in their area
- Team training and development
Financial modeling and analytics:
- Development, analysis, and updating of project financial and economic models
- Calculation and management of key parameters: investment and operational costs (labor costs, depreciation, utilities)
- Continuous work on project payback models, searching for optimal solutions to achieve target indicators
- Control of financial discipline at all stages of implementation
Work with contractors and stakeholders:
- Full cycle of interaction with contracting organizations: from selection based on tenders to contract execution control
- Clear understanding of the "Client-Contractor" relationship, ability to defend the company's interests
- Interaction with internal departments (production, supply, finance, legal) and external bodies
Quality control and reporting:
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms on site
- Preparation of regular reports for the holding's management on project status
- Analysis of deviations and prompt implementation of corrective measures
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (industrial and civil engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical technology, etc.)
Work experience of 5+ years, including:
- Practical experience on a construction site / industrial facility
- Experience in project offices and managing complex projects
- Experience in the full cycle of implementing large-scale projects (production launch, reconstruction) with budgets from 500,000 rubles to 1 billion rubles
- Fluent English (B2+ level for working with documentation, conducting negotiations with international contractors/suppliers)
- Basic knowledge in organizing and controlling construction and installation works
- Deep understanding of project financial models: ability to independently calculate and manipulate payback models
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contractors
- Strong analytical skills
- Conviction in the principle: "Projects are for profit, not for the sake of the project"
