Federal Developer — Market Leader
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of development projects: site selection, design, obtaining RNS (permission to commence construction), provision of project documentation.
- Obtaining permits and approvals (AGR, STU) from city authorities, government agencies, and municipal structures (including MKA).
- Conducting negotiations with contractors and supporting approvals for project and permit documentation.
- Organizing the obtainment of RNS, coordinating design work.
- Monitoring changes in legislation and market conditions — adapting projects to regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of development project implementation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of management experience in development, construction, or project management.
- Completed projects in Moscow with a total area of 250 thousand m² or more.
- Expert understanding of the full development cycle: from site selection to RNS.
- Successful experience in obtaining construction permits, AGR and STU approvals, and interaction with city authorities and government agencies.
- Skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and team management.
- High level of communication skills, experience in GR (Government Relations) function.
- Relevant higher education — construction, architecture, economics, or project management.
