Glavstroy Saint Petersburg LLC is opening a role for a Director of Development Project (Residential Real Estate and Construction)
About the project
We are implementing a large-scale territory development project: we are creating not only housing, but also social, commercial, and road infrastructure for comfortable living.
Key tasks:
- achieving the project's financial model (revenue, profit, deadlines);
- end-to-end coordination between departments (product, finance, design, construction, sales);
- control of commissioning and key handover;
- interaction with state authorities of St. Petersburg and contractors;
- project team management;
Requirements:
- experience as a project manager/director in residential construction - from 3 years;
- skills in working with schedules and dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Trello);
- ability to set tasks and negotiate without direct subordination;
- discipline, responsibility, ability to work with reporting.
Conditions and bonuses:
- location: office near Vasileostrovskaya metro station (10 minutes on foot);
- schedule: 5/2, 9:00–18:00 (start/end time adjustment is possible);
