A major Russian management company is building high-tech industrial facilities from scratch in a trilateral partnership with technological and financial partners from China.
**Requirements ** • 5–7+ years as a director of a major investment project or deputy general director for capital construction on the client, developer, or EPC contractor side. • Proven experience in implementing large industrial projects: oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, metallurgy, energy, or high-tech manufacturing. • Deep knowledge of EPC/EPCM, FIDIC, and Russian construction standards. • Higher education in technical, civil engineering, specialized economics, or law. MBA / EMBA, PMP / IPMA — an advantage. • English C1–C2: negotiations and international documentation approval. Chinese — a plus. • Strong commercial negotiation skills, systematic thinking, readiness to work in conditions of uncertainty and high shareholder requirements.
**Conditions ** Flagship federal-level project, broad powers, and direct influence on strategic decisions. Competitive salary discussed individually; annual bonus based on KPI and LTI for timely commissioning within budget.
