Kolomensky bakery holding is looking for an Director of Operational Investments Center.
Kolomensky is the largest bakery company, the No. 1 bread producer in Russia. They are actively growing and expanding their bakery and confectionery, frozen food, and ready-to-eat product lines. Responsibilities:
- Launching new and modernizing current food production facilities;
- Supporting, developing, and executing the annual Capex plan;
- Conducting pre-project technical and economic feasibility studies, forming proposals for capital investments, and preparing financial justifications for projects;
- Conducting tender procedures and concluding contracts for design and equipment supply;
- Supervising contractor activities and work execution on the Holding's premises during project implementation;
- Ensuring safe working conditions for the Holding's personnel in new (designed/implemented) areas (workshops, sites, premises, etc.);
- Analyzing and controlling the development of technical solutions in conjunction with production during the design process.
Requirements:
- Higher technical/technological education;
- 5+ years of experience in managing CAPEX projects;
- Experience as a project team leader in a manufacturing company;
- Proficiency in MS Project;
- Practical skills in AutoCAD.
