IBS IT company is looking for a Head of Complex Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle SAP project management: from participation in pre-sale and initiation to launch and solution stabilization.
- Formation and defense of project estimates, participation in the preparation of commercial proposals together with the pre-sale team.
- Project economics management: budget, plan vs. actual, profitability, labor cost control, change and risk management.
- Organization and establishment of project processes: planning, deadline control, dependency management, results quality control.
- Leadership of a project team in project subordination (from 50 people: company employees and contractors).
- Building effective interaction with the client: managing expectations, agreeing on solutions, participating in key meetings.
- Preparation of management reports and defense of project status to management.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in independent full-cycle management of large projects (SAP/1C).
- Understanding of F&R, Promo, and CVM products and processes will be an additional plus.
- Confident skills in managing the project financial model, controlling P&L, understanding the principles of budget and profit formation.
- Experience in participating in pre-sale activities and preparing project estimates.
- Experience in risk management and preventing problematic situations while maintaining a balance between the interests of the business, the client, and the project team.
