Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the project team (analysts, developers — front-end and back-end, database specialists, testers, technical writers): assigning tasks, monitoring quality of work, coordinating their efforts.
• Interacting with the client: assisting in clearly formulating needs, defining expectations.
• Managing the system development project: controlling the budget and project plan implementation (scope, review), monitoring risks and making timely management decisions.
• Organizing procedures for participation in tenders and execution of state contracts (44-FZ).

Our expectations:

• Experience in managing project teams for custom development in IT/consulting for 2-3 years or more.
• Knowledge of the specifics of public procurement (44-FZ), experience in participating in tenders and interacting with public sector clients.
