Due to the development of the structure of the Business Consulting Division of the IT company IBS, the role of 1C Project Director is open.
The Business Consulting Division includes the main practices related to the automation of corporate-level processes: budgeting, integrated planning, reporting, and control procedures.
Your responsibilities:
- Management of implementation projects for information systems for budgeting, consolidation, financial and management reporting;
- Development of pre-sale activities, including estimation of resources and project costs, control of architecture and proposed solutions;
- Control of the budget and execution plan of projects (scope, review), ensuring quality of execution;
- Management of risks and incidents in projects;
- Building and developing relationships with the Client;
- Project development: identifying additional client needs and selling new volumes of solutions;
- Participation in the hiring and development of project personnel.
Candidate expectations:
- A total of at least 7 years of project management experience in the implementation of business applications for corporate clients;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Portfolio Manager/Project Director;
- At least 3 full-cycle projects in the role of Project Manager for the development of budgeting, planning, management, and financial reporting systems in large holding companies;
- Knowledge of all stages of IS implementation (preferably 1C and SAP).
