What you will be doing: — managing the IT function and contractors; — responsible for the stability and development of key systems: 1C, DMS, CRM, BI, telephony, website, integrations; — building the target architecture of information systems; — controlling access, licenses, security, backups, and data quality; — supporting integrations between accounting, client, financial, and analytical systems; — developing management reporting in collaboration with the financial and operational departments; — supporting digital tools for sales, service, classifieds, and customer communications; — transitioning IT from a "firefighting" mode to a clear, manageable function.

What is important: — experience in managing an IT function; — experience in the automotive business will be a strong advantage; — understanding of 1C, CRM, DMS, BI, and integrations; — ability to work with contractors and internal clients; — systematic approach, responsibility, and practical mindset; — ability to communicate with the business in terms of results, deadlines, risks, and money.
