IT Director for Dr.Head Online Store and Retail Chain
Dr.Head online store and retail chain is looking for an IT Director to become a strategic business partner and leader of the company's digital transformation.
Dr.Head is a well-known audio equipment store chain and experts in the world of audio.
Your Future Responsibilities:
IT Service Management:
- Organizing technical support and monitoring user service quality
- Incident and change management, regulations, and deadline control
- SLA/IT service quality control, clear reporting for management
- Ensuring stable operation of IT infrastructure and key systems
Development and Projects:
- Audit of the current IT state (systems, processes, risks) and improvement plan
- Formation of an IT plan/roadmap for 6–12 months in collaboration with the business
- Portfolio management of tasks and projects: priorities, resources, deadlines, acceptance of results
- Evaluation and implementation of solutions that genuinely increase efficiency and reduce time/money losses
1C and Application Systems:
- Managing support and development of 1C (UT, ZUP, Buh), Bitrix24 (CRM), integrations, and data
- Quality control of enhancements and changes: stability, correctness, absence of "workarounds"
- Understanding development and change delivery processes (SDLC/DevOps/CI/CD) at a management level
Information Security and Resilience:
- Organizing basic information security measures: access, roles, risk control
- Backup and recovery, disaster recovery plan
Team and Contractors:
- Leading the IT department (2 DevOps, 2 1C developers, Full-stack web developer, 1 1C analyst, 1 lead 1C analyst) with potential expansion of staff and functionality
- Managing contractors: requirements, deadlines, quality, results control
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Director / CIO or head of an IT department
- Experience in IT service management: support, SLA, incidents, changes
- Solid experience with 1C (UT, ZUP, Buh), Bitrix24 (CRM), SQL, understanding of integrations
- Experience in project and contractor management, ability to deliver tasks to completion and acceptance
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with the business on deadlines/priorities/risks
- Experience in retail and/or e-commerce
- ITIL/COBIT/Project Management (certificates or proven practice)
- Information security practice (CISA/CISM/CISSP — a plus)
