Scope of Responsibility:
Serving as the technical leader for the company's corporate and financial systems department (1C, MS Navision, WMS, corporate portal). The goal is to ensure sustainable and effective software development.
- Building a transparent and manageable development process, implementing the Kanban method.
- Ensuring system fault tolerance and readiness for load growth, improving architecture and testing quality.
- Developing a system of observability: metrics, event logs, diagnostics, and timely failure detection.
- Forming engineering quality standards and change release practices.
- Enhancing the efficiency of development teams, mentoring, and developing specialists.
- Participating in shaping the information systems development strategy and reorganizing the IT landscape.
Required Competencies:
- Higher technical education.
- Experience as a CTO or Head of Development for at least 3 years.
- Skills in managing distributed development teams with a diverse technology stack (40+ people).
- Strong technical background in development: understanding of architectural patterns, development and operation of high-load systems; knowledge of modern engineering practices - DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience applying the Kanban method and knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD, Event Storming) principles will be an advantage.
- Developed communication and leadership skills, ability to make strategic decisions and be accountable for results.
