The company develops a web portal, mobile application, ML modules, and integration services to increase revenue, control merchandising, and optimize costs.

Responsibilities: — Development of technical strategy. — Management of architecture, infrastructure, and stack. — Leadership of development, DevOps, ML, systems analysis, integrations, and QA. — Management of a team of 25+ employees and heads of departments. — Scaling of the technical department, recruitment and development of specialists. — Control of deadlines, releases, technical debt, and sprint efficiency. — Development of Agile/Scrum processes. — Ensuring system stability and availability. — Budget and expense management. — Interaction with business, product, and clients.

Technologies: Go, Python, React, Vue.js, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Elasticsearch, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Kaiten, Jira, Confluence.

Requirements: — 5+ years of experience as CTO, Technical Director, or Head of Development. — Experience managing product development and teams of 50+ FTE. — Strong technical and architectural background. — Experience developing high-load web and mobile products. — Understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and the full development cycle. — Willingness to personally dive into critical technical issues. — Experience with ML/AI will be an advantage.
