Infotec IT company is looking for a Technical Director.
The company develops software and advanced technologies that help major FMCG manufacturers make important decisions to increase revenue, improve merchandising process efficiency, and optimize costs.
The Technical Director is a leader who effectively plans and organizes the work of all Technical Block departments, motivates the team, and makes key data-driven decisions. This is an important member of the management team, focused on both internal Business customers and external Clients. You will lead the development of the Portal, Mobile App, ML, DevOps, Project tasks, Integrations, Analytics, and QA.
Responsibilities:
- Development of technical strategy, technology selection
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of systems, servers, and equipment
- Development and implementation of optimal system architecture
- Timely and high-quality task execution within Epics and Sprints
- Recruitment, onboarding, retention, control, and development of the technical team (> 25 employees)
- Organization and management of SCRUM communications: Daily, Retro, Demo, Planning, Grooming + cross-functional meetings
- 1-on-1s with department heads
- Development and implementation of optimal infrastructure and architecture
- Mobile Application development management (Flutter)
- New Portal development management (React + Go)
- ML management (Python, Yolo, Triton)
- DevOps management (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search)
- Integrations management
- Management of the System Analysis group
- QA management
- Project management
- Organization of monitoring system availability in all regions of presence
- Sprint efficiency control
- Code reviews, refactoring, feedback
- Development and implementation of best practices and software development processes
- Budget planning, cost optimization
- Kaiten administration and management
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
- Additional management/strategic education will be a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in managing the development of commercial IT products as CTO / Technical Director
- Experience managing technical teams of 50+ FTE
- Strong technical background and understanding of software architecture
- Basic understanding of Convolutional Neural Network processes
- Successful experience in developing and scaling high-load desktop and mobile applications
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
- Willingness to "work with hands" and take responsibility

- Basic understanding of ML/AI processes will be an advantage
